  • What type of payments do you accept?
    • We accept cash, debit or credit, and domestic funds transfer.
  • How are the gift boxes packaged?
    • Each of our gift boxes are presented in our monochrome style gift box, enclosed with our recycled tissue paper and sealed with our signature eco-friendly sticker then bound in a gorgeous hand-tied satin ribbon. 
  • Do you assist with choosing items that go in the curated box?
    • Absolutely! Please email hello@thebox.ky and our gift expert will help you.

  • Can I buy items individually?
    • Yes! You can indeed. We know that you love our products and might only want to purchase something in particular - Head on over to our Market where you can purchase individual items such as candles, bath bombs, luxurious bath items, treats, and much more. No box included x

  • Is there a pick-up location?
    • The Box is an online store only, so typically gift boxes are delivered directly to either you or your lucky recipient. However, pick-up can be arranged, please reach out to us at hello@thebox.ky. 

  • What is the delivery timeframe?
    • We offer multiple delivery times throughout the day with next day delivery for orders placed by 5PM. Sunday delivery is available for special occasions (i.e. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.).

  • Is there a delivery fee?
    • We offer free delivery for orders over $30 that fall within West Bay to Savanah area. Orders under $30 as well as those within the Bodden Town to North Side area, we charge a small delivery fee of $5. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Shipping is currently within Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands only.
  • What is your return policy?
    • We take pride in helping you give good gifts and take every care to ensure that all gifts arrive in a manner that lives up to our critical gifting standards. All gift sales are final, but if you encounter a problem with your order please reach out to our team - hello@thebox.ky
